Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. All our products are described as accurately as possible. Please be sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you purchase. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions on any products.

We will replace any damaged or defective items. If your order is missing a product, contains damaged items, or other concerns, please email us a detailed note to store@asiangoldribbon.com. To expedite your request, please provide your order number. We will always do our best to accommodate your concerns as efficiently as possible. No returns will be granted following 10 days after delivery.

Shipping

Shipping is available to many places around the world. When you complete our store checkout, you will be provided with the shipping options and shipping rates available. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact us at store@asiangoldribbon.com. Please note that you may experience longer delivery times if shipping to destinations outside of Canada. During the holidays, please allow extra time for delivery of your order.

Please allow time for your order to be packaged and shipped. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable to the shipping method selected). Once we ship, the delivery time is dependent on the speed of shipping selected.  It may take up to 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive, we are a small non-profit organization. Thank you for your patience.

We will ship to the address specified in your order. Please make sure that you entered your information correctly. Asian Gold Ribbon is not responsible for issues related to incorrect or undeliverable addresses and does not pay for shipping or correction for such issues.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed, we begin processing to ensure delivery. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.

What is a pre-order, and when will my order be shipped?

Pre-order is a way of guaranteeing you will receive the product you want. Items are on pre-order anywhere from 2-8 weeks, unless stated otherwise and ship about a week after we receive the inventory. We do our best to include delivery estimates on the product page for your convenience. If there are ever any delays in production, we will reach you as soon as possible.
